Rubaroc is thrilled to highlight a vibrant and playful project completed in partnership with Life Landscaping—a 2,000 square-foot playground installation on the 11th floor of a modern condo building in downtown Toronto. This elevated play space features a bold and eye-catching target design brought to life with vibrant red, blue, and green EPDM rubber, showcasing just how creative and customizable Rubaroc surfacing can be.

A Fun, Collaborative Project With a Clear Vision

Working alongside Life Landscaping, our team helped transform this rooftop area into a dynamic and engaging play space for residents. The client wanted something creative and unique—something that would make the space stand out while still offering all the safety features required for a children’s playground. The result was a series of colorful target-style circles integrated seamlessly into the playground layout, adding movement, character, and visual excitement.

Bringing Bold Colors to Life With Precision

The design incorporated three vibrant colors—red, blue, and green—each installed with careful attention to detail to ensure smooth curves, crisp edges, and a flawless finish. Rubaroc’s flexibility and custom color options make it ideal for specialty designs like this, allowing architects, designers, and condo boards to create playful, modern, and memorable spaces.

A Safe and Durable Surface for Urban Living

Located on the 11th floor, this playground is exposed to the elements year-round—sun, wind, rain, and temperature changes. Rubaroc’s surfacing is engineered to withstand all weather conditions while maintaining its color, durability, and safety performance. Its slip-resistant, impact-absorbing finish provides peace of mind for parents and ensures a comfortable, cushioned surface for kids to play on.
